I found the breakfast experience quite disappointing. staff members were rather aggressive about removing plates from tables. one day, they took my omelet after I waited ten minutes and stepped away for coffee. This made for a stressful start to the day, and the shower drained slowly. Resolution took two calls and two days.

poor air-conditioning excessive service charge
The room was clean and had everything I needed.
The air conditioning barely worked, so the room remained too warm at night. I slept poorly. I also found the service charge of 10% on drinks by the pool excessive and unnecessary.

big room modern room outdoor terrace lovely staff
the room was very big and modern! it had everything i needed, also netflix access. i had a lovely outdoor terrace! the staff was lovely to kids.

the hotel is a quiet oasis and perfect for escaping the busy town center! it is ideal when you want some real down time. the walk to the town center only takes about ten minutes.

amazing experience
helpful staff super clean room beautiful views
the staff was amazing and very helpful from check-in. our room was super clean. it was cleaned every day. fresh towels and robes were replenished, and the beds were made. the views were beautiful from our room and the restaurants.
i experienced a slight delay in getting assistance at the pool bar. it was a busy time.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff checked if we needed anything. Breakfast had many choices and catered for different guests. The view at breakfast looked over the city.
